Step into the vibrant world of Peruvian flavor with our Cebiche & Pisco Classes at La Mar San Francisco. This immersive, hands-on experience invites guests to learn the art behind two of Peru’s most celebrated traditions: fresh cebiche and the iconic Pisco Sour.

Led by La Mar’s expert chefs and bartenders, each class takes place in our lively La Mar Bar, where guests will discover the techniques, ingredients, and stories behind these signature creations. From balancing the bright, citrusy flavors of cebiche to shaking the perfect Pisco Sour, this experience is designed for food lovers, cocktail enthusiasts, and anyone looking to connect with Peru through flavor.

What to Expect

During the class, guests will learn how to prepare a traditional Peruvian cebiche using fresh seafood, lime, onion, cilantro, and ají, while exploring the balance of acidity, spice, and freshness that makes this dish so iconic.

The experience continues behind the bar, where our team will guide guests through the preparation of Peru’s most famous cocktail: the Pisco Sour. You’ll learn how to combine pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, and bitters to create a cocktail that is smooth, bright, and perfectly balanced.

More than a class, it is a lively introduction to the flavors, techniques, and spirit of La Mar.
